Quick question guys and gals.

I have a second hand copy of Mass Effect 2 which means I don't have a code for the cerberus network. I was just wondering is there any way for me to get this? I heard you can buy it for 1200 MS points but that seems a little costly to me...

If you guys can help in anyway that would be great thanks.

Unless someone is kind enough to give you an unused one which I would find VERY surprising, you'll have to bite the bullet and just buy one.

As Adzma said, you'll just have to buy it for those 1200 points if you want the cerberus network DLC.

This is what is commonly referred to as "Project Ten Dollar". The idea is that you are incentivised to buy the game new so the developer gets money, and you get the day one DLC for free. If you get the game used, the developer gets no money, so they make you buy the DLC you would have otherwise got for free if bought new. This means the developer gets at least some money for their product. Unfortunately, this kind of screws the consumer over if they're not one of those super loyal day-one purchasing fans.

My experience is that this project ten dollar DLC never really seems to be worth it, and i personally wouldn't invest in something as expensive as the Cerberus Network. Zaeed is not particularly remarkable, especially as you have other more interesting companions to take with you on your journeys.
