Hi everyone, first of all, sorry to keep bothering you all with these no doubt embarassingly simple questions but if you'll humour me once again I'd appreciate it.

so my favorite game on Steam so far, and the one I've racked up the most hours on (93 and counting) is Mount & Blade: Warband, now obviously eventually I was gonna want to experiment with mods, so, being a big fan of the George R.R Martainverse (is that a thing? I feel like it should be even though I've omly seen/read Game of Thrones/Ice & Fire) obviously my next logical step was to download the "Clash of Kings" mod, I did everything I was supposed to, I downloaded the WinRAR file and extracted it into the modules folder in Mount & Blade: Warband im commons under Steamapps, much simpler process than I expected actually.

the game seemed to recognise the mod fine, but then I tried loading it up, and there are hundreds of little boxes popping up saying some texture failed to render or something and I've got to click ok on all god-only-knows how many of them to even get to a point where I can come OUT of the game let alone start it.

now the thing is, once there, the game appears to run fine, if a little bit choppy, amd with the occasional vanishing castle glitch in the graphics, so, did I somehow get this incredibly simple process wrong? is that how it always is or do I need a seperate patch or something?

Its possible that whatever textures that were supposed to come with the mod werent added to the files when they were uploaded. I recommend first trying to reinstall the mod and see if it works. It could be some files just didnt go where they were supposed to. You might also want to check if theres been an update to the mod under a new name. If not put a post up under the mod and mention the issue. Usually the mod author should reply unless the mods no longer being worked on and even if they dont another user may have an answer for you.
