Current mission...an Etheral, a Berserker, three Sectopods and Three Elite Mutons...I think the game has a bone to pick with me. Well, for discussion value, what moments did you have in the game where you flat out said "what did I do to piss you off?"

In the very last room of the last level, the 3 Ethereals mind controlled 3 of my 4 remaining soldiers. Even I'm confused as to how I got out of that...
I also missed both a 99% and a 95% chance to hit an enemy in another mission.
And there was this one time where a Sectopod missed the shot on my nearly dead soldier, but destroyed the wall behind him which granted a zombie the ability to kill him after that.

Three Ethereals...sounds like a last level to me. Also today I sadly underestimated the strength of a berserker to take down a fully armored soldier. Lost a Colonel that way...my first soldier to be precise...kinda depressing. I really picked a bad time to have my best sniper go through PSI training...that never worked.Aerosteam 1908 said:
