Every time I enter the I-Tunes store, it loads up, but after that, it goes into a white screen where I can't click anything. All the other functions still work properly, but I can't get my I-Tunes store to work. How do I fix it?
(I am using an HP Pavillion dv9000, but I don't know what my Current I-Tunes is.)
