Its kind of obscure, but in Mass Effect 2 on Omega when the Batarian with his bodyguards stops you because he doesn't like you and tells you something along the lines of "Maybe i should have my boys here rough you up." So I picked a reply and Shepard does the most hilarious thing I've ever seen him do...
He walks forward, hefting his pistol from hand to hand in clear view of the Batarian and says in an awesome Clint Eastwood-ish tone "Do you see my gun?, Do you REALLY want to do this?"
I laughed so goddamn hard and still quote it regularly.
