So many people have mentioned smoking... :S Am I the only one in existence that finds smoking to actually be kinda attractive? A bit of a turn-on even..? (And no, I'm not even a smoker myself). :p
Whats the unspoken rule about never saying "am I the only one?" again. I'm in the exact same boat, for some reason the majority have a disdain for smoking. I can't really see what the big deal is with a lot of people and smoking.
Not to sound really ignorant but, what is the unspoken rule about it? should people say it or not? As for the thing about smoking, I don't understand why I have anything against and i'm a bit ashamed of myself for it but I don't think i would ever date someone who smokes, maybe it's because i'm 14 and I don't think people my age should smoke.

Given that I'm 5'6, I can't afford to be picky in the height department.
Given my looks, well I guess I fair a bit better in that department.

This brings up memories of a very pretty brunette I met on the bus (easily 9/10). We met eyes, she smiled and me having amazing amounts of confidence went over to introduce myself and we had a good chat that went on for about 20/25 minutes, she gave me her number and it really seemed like she was interested in me.

Buuuuut...I got up to let her out so she could get off the bus and when she stood up she was nearly a foot taller than me (me being 5"9 she was probably around 6"3 or 6"4), I was quite surprised but still astonished that she showed an interest in me.

We went out a few times but I felt quite intimidated by a girl that height (im not a big on the idea of the man having to stand on his tiptoes to go for a kiss), she seemed dissapointed when I explained that to her but we are quite good friends now.

She is in the begginings of a very promising modeling carrier.

PS. Me and my stories aye, im not even 25 and I feel like I can go talk to anyone.

I think the only thing I definitely used to say no to is poor personal hygiene. The other person needs to look clean, smell clean and have clean clothes.
I'm not bothered about total perfection, but anyone who can't be bothered to grab something fresh out the wardrobe and grab a shower is getting off on the wrong foot for me.

Anything else, well... I'm game for compromise.

I've only ever dated traditionally attractive guys, but that's not really a requirement for me.
My weird thing is that I would never date anyone way more attractive than me. I don't want them to feel like they're doing me any favors.
Is that a little psychotic?
Yeah, it kinda is.

OT: I like a girl who likes to play sports and is good with kids. She doesn't have to be georgeous but she has to take care of herself.
I thought so. u__u;
Keep in mind I'm referring to, like, Brad Pitt-esque guys.
Anyone who looks like the male lead of a teen movie, essentially.
It still sounds crazy, I think.
I don't think you're crazy. The better looking partner tends to have more power in the relationship. You just want things more equal. I sometimes don't date women for being too beautiful for that reason.
True story. That's kind of my logic, too. ^.^ I'm feeling less crazy by the second.

That's weird, because Brad Pitt is probably the only guy I would guy I would have sex with.

Yikes, I just typed that. In an attempt to distract attention, I'm also going to say that Brad Pitt doesn't belong as the male lead in a teen movie.

OT: No fatties.
Lol, I wouldn't date him, but I didn't rule out sex. He fiiine. <3

It's only a big deal if you start a thread asking am i the only one. When I was younger I used to care cause there are some valid reasons like breath, your partner stinking up your place with smoke and health issues later. But i just stopped caring.

I don't like smokers and heavy drinkers.
Then it just shall not be.....

*sob*

I personally cant really tell what single thing it might be i am attracted to or repelled by. I just need the *zzziiiing* sound in my head that tells me there is one special person.
Either its special in the awesome unique way, or its more the kind of "you better wear your helmet to play outside" special. How that reactions are triggered, i myself havent figured out yet.

I like my women to have most of their limbs and have a heartbeat. I know, I know... I'm shallow, but someday I'd like to have kids, y'know?
Also most of her own teeth.

All joking aside, I think going out with a girl taller than me would be weird, unless I feel head over heels for her and it didn't matter to me at all.

And I usually hesitate when it comes to brunettes for some reason. No offence, but I just prefer to go for something more.. interesting, or different, I guess.
Blondes, red heads, and girls with light brown hair are good, but similar coloured hair to me just doesn't register for me sometimes. Now I sound a bit mad, so I'll hastily add that if I really click with a person and feel a connection with them, then most physical considerations are moot.

I would'nt go out with anybody like too fat. Because then you may not be able to get on certain roller coasters and that would suck. Or anybody with boobs that are so small you think there nipple is a small growth on their shoulder....there's a funny story to that.

I wouldn't date someone who was really racist or sexist. Or someone with no sense of humour. If we're just going on physical attributes, well... I'm not attracted to excessively hairy men (I'm talking like gorilla-hairy here).

My ex girlfriend was 2-3 inches shorter than me and she refused to wear heels around me as it made her taller than me. I wasn't bothered at all but it totally weirded her out and she refused to do it at all. My girlfriend now can wear heels all she wants and still be about foot shorter than me...I'm not fussy about height.

I like short girls, but that's not a limit, I like taller girls too.

I don't like black girls, even though I'm black. Maybe it's something about living with them for 16 years that's made me a bit cautious. Other than that I can't think of much that's a limit or anything. If you're nice to look at you're nice to look at.

i prefer a shorter a girl. But i cant go out with fatties im an ass like that. ive only gone out with 2 girls both are pretty damn skinny. In actuality its just normal because skinny girls are obviously more attractive than obese women. But there are a lot of people who like girls with a good amount of meat on them.

One word: Plastic.
The supermodel look just seems so clinical and weird to me. I want a real girl, not a glorified doll.

I don't think there are many things that would deter me from dating someone based on their physical appearance. I typically go for girls a year or so older than me, but my current gf is younger.

I don't really have any hair color/length preferences or anything like that. I like women in general, so I suppose as long as they're female and not super bitches, I'm fine.
