Identity Cloaker software

Has anyone used or is familiar with this proxy server software? Looking for something for my parents to use to view TV shows from overseas so need something that is fairly easy to setup and use.

I would, but they arent all that knowledgeable so having to regularly find new (any possibly unsafe) proxies would be a problem. Thats why I thought something like this would be better.
