Idiotic Steam Issue

As the title suggests. I'm currently installing the content of the Orange Box onto my temporary PC, but I have a problem.

I've ended up with both downloads (currently Half Life 2 and HL2: Episode One) registering as paused and to my admittence, I dunno how to get the damn things to start again.

Try right clicking and selecting "Resume Download"

If that fails, and it still only has the "pause download" option, try to pause it then resume.

Worth a shot.

If all else fails, just restart Steam. Restarting Steam solves 90% of it's problems.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
