Blizzard=Martin Scorsese
He's a solid guy, with plenty of accolades under his belt. Wildly popular for some smash hits about a decade or so ago, he's pretty much been living off those pieces for a while now. His work is pretty consistently good, with few and far complaints in between. However, you can't help but shake the nagging suspicion that all his stories feel very similar to each other.

Bioware=Francis Ford Coppola
Did great stuff in his early years, and he's pretty well respected for it. But then he hit some sort of mid-life crisis and has been making some rather poor choices since then. People are curious if he's gonna get his act together or keep stumbling around like a hippo on valium.

Peter Molyneux=Ang Lee
This guy's so far up his own ass he's made some sort of weird human mobius strip of infinite bullshit. His work isn't terrible, but you'd appreciate it a lot more if he just shut the hell up about what new doors this would open to artistic society. You're pretty sure he's got a weird fetish, but you're just not sure for what yet.

Tim Schafer=Kevin Smith
This guy was HILARIOUS back in the day. Your life was sadder without him, and you didn't even realize it. Then you started getting older, he started getting older, and everything just kind of stopped being so hilarious. You're desperately hoping he proves us all wrong, but honestly, you just don't see that happening anymore.

Bethesda=Quentin Tarantino
You've seen his work. It was fun to you, but it didn't really stand out as all that special. Then you talked to other people about him. Jesus Christ, he either killed a puppy or he saved a puppy while solving world hunger the way people talk about him. Seriously, it wasn't that bad, but it really wasn't a fun-filled journey either.

EA=Michael Bay
People complain about him dumbing the industry down. But, whatever, his shit's fun in small doses and you don't have to invest a lot of time into it. Just remember to check your brain at the door.

Eidos=Christopher Nolan
This guy certainly knows how to deliver the brain food while keeping the action high. You swear you could get away with murder after one of his pieces. Also they both seem to have a weird fascination with old men mentoring younger men.

Midway/NetherRealm Studios=Eli Roth
Jesus, you're not sure if you feel sick because that's one too many dismembered body parts or you tried to figure out the story behind it all.

I'll put some more later. Feel free to add your own.
