I somewhat disagree on Hitler.

Joseph Stalin.. sadly don't know that much about him but I doubt he's 100% evil. Or wait.. I think he's actualy really Evil.

Incidentally, didn't 25 million people die in the Gulags, whereas in Hitler's concentration camps it was something like 9 million?
