And Metroid should go to the 360. Nintendo has never made a decent controller.
Aaa nonsense, the Gamecube controller was great. Nothing too fancy, ergonomic, durable, no buttons in odd places. It feels a little small compared to my 360 controller, but I still love playing Brawl with it (and rocking, almost everything I learned in my 4 years of Melee still applied, I touched Brawl for the first time and kicked everyone's ass), whenever I get the chance that is.
Anyway, I don't think I'd notice the difference if Mario, Zelda or Metroid would be on the 360, or the PS3 for that matter. Heck I think especially Zelda would work great on the 360, if I look at the button layout on thte 360 controller. And especially Metroid could REALLY contribute from the 360 and PS3's graphical power. Not that the previous Metroid's looked shit (I still think 1 and 2 on the Gamecube look awesome), but it could only improve the looks of all those strange alien places. And well Mario won't really matter a lot, it'll keep it's graphical style no matter what. I heard that Mario Galaxy actually benefited from the Wii controlls (as one of the few, together with Metroid 3), but Mario Sunshine for example (yes I know it's despised among 'hardcore' Nintendo fans, but I don't care: I had a CRAPLOAD of fun with that game and it's fantastic levels, Nooki Bay fucking FTW!!!) would work fine on either the PS3 or the 360. Arg...what I wouldn't do to get my hands on one of the Mintendo games mentioned above. I love my 360, but it still looks kinda pale in comparison with the fun I had with my Gamecube, and I have a bígger game collection for the 360!
