A wristwatch with Cortana as an AI that is capable of transmuting matter into any object I can imagine on a moments notice. And have a total immersion construct sort of thing that would be basically like a portable holodeck that while I am using it speeds my perception of time in the game so I could play hours of video games (or all those other things holodecks would be awesome for) in say 5 minutes real time. That would be sweet. Oh and it never runs of of power and is indestructible. I realize that this is sort of a combination of random things from scifi but since this is all wishful thinking anyway it still counts.

Nausicaa's glider would be pretty intense. And come to think of it, I believe there have been a few who have made some working models of it. They're not nearly as stable or powerful as the one in the movie, but it's still pretty impressive to think about.
