Phsycho Mantis

Phsycho Mantis would be so bad ass!

Edit: Now that I think about it, even Revolver Ocelot would be cool. Just anything but Raiden.

Eh, I've been playing the PlayStations longer than I have the Xbox's. Sony came to mind first.

Plus I personally think they have more characters that are more suitable for brawling than the 360s. I mean, I don't think Marcus Fenix would be suitable in a brawl but I think Nathan Hale could, though that just might be my predjudice.

I don't care what it takes to get Quark in there, but if they ever do make a game like this, Quark HAS to be in there!

Your list of characters is not realistic simply because many of them are not owned nor invented by SONY.

Most of the characters you've listed are owned and made by CAPCOM...

You mentioned a lot of Resident Evil characters. They are owned by CAPCOM.
Adding them to some sort of massive fightinggame has already happened.
Jill Valentine was added to Marvel vs Capcom 2. (Street Fighter vs Marvel)

The entire idea behind Super Smash Bros is that the game has characters that's been owned by Nintendo and that are only accessable on their consoles exclusively. With some exceptions obviously like Solid Snake and Sonic and yadda-yadda.

While I find your suggestion ambitious it's unrealistic with those list of characters, and really, gamers know when there's a bad rip-off going on.

the balance between 3rd party characters and 2nd/1st party characters are about fifty-fifty so I wouldn't call the whole list "unrealistic"

And Miyamoto said it himself, copying is a form of flattery though taht might not apply to Mashuro Sakurai (I think that's who created the SSB franchise)

That would be pretty lame if Sony could only use proprietary characters. They might as well just get the licenses to use all their third-party characters.

Sure we don't like bad rip-offs, but this thread is basically calling for a good rip-off.

You haven't played MGS4 have you? I vote Cyborg Raiden from 4, that would be sweet!
