I know in the Team Fortress comics they were given names. All I remember is that the Engineer is called Dell Conagher, the Soldier's last name is Doe and the Demoman's name is Tavish Degroot.

We all know that the characters from Team Fortress 2 have a strong personality associated with them. Valve really made sure that every class has a unique personality and style that truly personifies the profession of each individual character in the game.

With that said, what if the characters had real names? What names would they have?
Giving away the fact that many classes represent a stereotypical nationality one can easily come up with a few suitable; or at least plausable - names for these people, but what about the ones which cannot be easily put in a category or even nationality?

Alright,there are,uh...Some official names for the characters.In the WAR trailer,we see
the Soldier's name is Jane Doe,he's from America,and the Demoman's name is Tavish DeGroot,he's Scottish,but Mr. Jane Doe will ocassionlly say Scotland's not a real country,and that he's an Englishman in a dress.In the TF2 comics we learn the original TF's Engineer's the father of the TF2 Engineer.His name's Issac Conagher and the TF2 Engineer's name is Dell Conagher,Texas origin.Sniper is Richard Mundy,also known as Mr. Mundy,obiously Australian.
Scout is from Boston,however no official name given.Scout is possibly Bill due to the hat which removes his headwear revealing his short hair,Baseball Bill's Sports Shine.
In Poker Night at the Inventory Russian class Heavy's reffered to as "Ivan" by Strong Bad,as he makes a cameo appearance there.
