I had never thought about living in the TWEWY universe. That would actually be really cool, and add some pizazz to death and the afterlife.

Mass Effect wouldn't be bad either, what with aliens, interstellar space travel, and biotics.

Personally, I'd pick Pokemon, because it's not dangerous and could be a lot of fun. I still haven't let go of the fantasy of being a Pokemon trainer, so I'd choose that world.

I don't understand how you could want this. That place, if you were actually there, is HELL. Not nice in any way at all.

If any video game world could come to life and replace the real world, which video game would you want it to be?

For me its Final Fantasy Tactics.

Had a dream about this last night and was killing monsters with my masamune. ye.

I would just stick to Ivalice in general. Tactics had an amazing setting, don't get me wrong. However, I get the feeling that I wouldn't be part of the epic-hero-killing-eldritch-horrors crowd and more the poor-farmer-suffering-in-a-famine or revolutionary-because-of-the-jerkass-nobility crowd. I think I'll go with Final Fantasy XII, since because it be much easier get stronger and I also can kill Vann the annoying protagonists and make passes at Viera. Also I don't have to deal with evil chocobo rape. To anyone who has played this, you know what I'm talking about.

For me it was specifically the Tactics game for the Gameboy advance. which the plot in that game is kind of about a video game world that comes to life.

You know you would love some evil chocobo rape.

Really? I'm talking about the one from the PS one, where chocobos prey on unsuspecting beginners who are totally unaware that the chocobo is no longer your friend and is planning your death, which will be carved by beaks, meteors, and chocobo pellets.

Well, if I had the choice, I'd be a Reaper. Less risk, a steady job with opportunities to move up, and like you said: style.

However, right now I'm alive, so I would be neither, but would become a player once I died. From there, I would have to win the game to have the chance to join the Reapers.

Pokémon. It'd be pretty similar to now, but a lot more interesting. I'm not even much of a Pokémon fan, but I still think having Pokémon running around would be awesome. Sure you'd have Team Rocket, but they're nothing compared to the goons we have today.

Pokemon would probably be the safest bet. I was thinking of saying Fallout or Oblivion but... well... a nuclear apocalypse wouldn't exactly be fun and a world filled with magic could be nice but it could also be horrible and twisted. I would rather not be in a scenario where I'd likely die and have no continues.

World of Warcraft. I have some reasons behind this.

There are endless possibilities in the changes in political power, and to be a soldier, no matter how generic, fighting for the future of my race/faction would be extremely satisfying. Also on that note, maybe being the assassin who kills the Warchief, allowing Sylvanas to take over the Horde.

Or maybe having your guild's name become feared throughout the opposite faction, and idolized in your own. Imagine it; you and four of your mates, all clad in your gear, on your mounts, come flying through Goldshire, killing humans left and right. After you vanish into the sunset, the survivors spread the word of your deeds.

It's like real life but way easier. You want an awesome job you get the paper. You want to learn guitar pick it up a few times.

It's a nice safe world unless you suck at cooking. At least you get to come back as a ghost. Lost to many sims from cooking fires. If sims were real I would read a few cooking books before trying to cook.

EVE online, because its freaking space with insane genetic and cybernetic enhancements available, you can never really die, and its really hard to get pissed off at other people since being a dick is entirely socially acceptable and nobody knocks you for doing it either.
