No thanks,

if i was to go back id do the same things again, there were no other viable choices in my mind. about anything of importance.

besides even if i did want to change something i wouldnt, to explain this in a video game analogy its like reloading a save after making a choice in a rpg that goes wrong(im not using vn here as most people wont understand what im meaning, but it would fit better), it just makes the entire story feel hollow as it wasn't your choice, even if it does provide a better ending.

now if i was asked this at the end of my life i probably would agree as ive already seen where my path would lead.

I have yet to reach the age of 16, but I'm in hurry no to get there.

So yeah, I'll stay 15 for now...
Good point, i'll do the same thing and just wait for another year.

I don't think going forward in time would constitute me going "back". But I'd probably apply for a job at Gamestop. Yeah, most definitely.

That was my immediate response to this...
Aww dude, at 16 I was years too late for that moment...

Ot: Turning my life back to sixteen wouldn't really change anything. Can I change it back to 10?
Yeah, I want to turn my life back 1 year as well, to when I was 14, so I could definitely change a lot of things.
Actualy I'd be turning my life back 10 years if I went to 10
oops, I guess the as well part would be something I put in for the hell of it. The whole of last year was overall an alright year, but things could have definitely turned out A LOT better for me, too bad I didn't take those chances when they offered to me...

Not get that shoulder injury so I can then make provincials for all my sports.
Also, would I still have all the knowledge I possess now?
If so, finish school in a year so I can dick around for a year before varsity, then finish that in record time too.
Life would be so easy...

My life was kind of in shambles around the age of 16 as my family members were dying off right and left and we were moving and changing schools. But, as I still feel sixteen, I'd probably do it all over again. I miss highschool sometimes. I'd probably try to get higher grades but I did that anyway, and you can only try so much. I can't say I know what I'd do differently, other then maybe trying to get a job and buying stock in google. (It was like 2001 when I was sixteen.) Other then something like that, I'd probably live my life exactly as I had, except I'd like to have asked out a girl at one of my schools. Any girl. I should never have gone through two highschools without asking out a single person.

I would learn to study better so I wouldn't be in a predicament of not knowing how to very well. Other than that, no real changes.

Goddess no. Ages 16-17 sucked ass. I am not going to be dropped right at the beginning of all of that.

Lucky you. I was 15 when I dated her.

Not sure...there's definitely some things I'd do differently. But then again, I was sixteen in 2007. I hated 2007.

Um... if I could go back (from 16, where I am now) to when I was about 10, but could still keep all the knowledge and mindset I've developed in those years, I'd do it without hesitation. If I had to completely revert to my 10 year old self, thoughts and all, there would be no point.

If I was given the /choice/ to go back to being sixteen, I just wouldn't do it. Plain and simple.

If I was /forced/ to go back... I'd probably break up with THAT GUY a hell of a lot sooner and move out of my parents' place a year earlier. Save myself the hassle.

Send a message saying 'Of course! Why would you think otherwise?!' to someone.
Become a good friend to someone that had some problems, who eventually killed himself over depression.
Save the money I spent on all the stupid stuff I bought back then for nice stuff now (such as shoes and stuff!)
Actually do work I was given and not slack off.

So I'm going back two years, well in that case, there isn't really anything I could do.

Suppose I made a few mistakes that year, that could be fixed, but other than that I really can't think of anything.

I'm not particularly interested in changing any particular event in my life (I've had some shitty moments, but nothing I'd classify as "must change!"). I'd probably do what I already did, but with far more sex and far less smoking. Maybe not be so late to chat up certain girls whilst in High School. The biggest thing I think I'd change is College, where I would get a different degree (maybe something in Business or Teaching). Maybe work a bit harder to keep my High School weight...

And I'd DEFINATELY start trading in stocks. And I'd probably call in an anonymous "threat" to the WTC an hour or so before the first plane hit, try to at least lessen the casualties. I'd do more, but chances are there'd be a Cassandra type effect, 9/11 would still occur, and I'd get lumped in as "The Mastermind Behind 9/11" or something.

Of course, if this were a Groundhog's Day effect (where I keep living from 16 to 28 all over again), I would educate myself to the point of achieving my maximum potential, and then harness the power of this temporal paradox to acheive apotheosis.

It always surprises me that I'm STILL not 16. Really, everytime people talk about age it comes to my mind "ooh, right... It's still x months til I'm 16" - not that I feel age matters very much to me.
