Get rid of all my anxiety/other undiagnosed mental problems. If only they could go :/

Id replace them with lots of charisma, but not enough to alter my personality for the worse.

The addition of a mental "Fuck It" button so I could stop caring about what people think at certain moments. Being too critical about myself in crowds and conversations causes too much stage fright and shyness.

This too, I hate having this.

I couldn't just stop at one thing... I'd change just about everything about me, though definitely change my teenage years, that was a bad time for me.

I'd change my current state of mortality to that of ageless immortality. With the benefits of eternal life the myriad of problems I desire solved can still be fixed, I'd gain the luxury of spending my life following whatever desires I please and see the marvels humanity will accomplish in the future.
