Would totally have to change it to: Guybrush Threepwood.

For no other reason then the name itself.

Max Power of course! I got it off a hair dryer...

OT: Nah, I like my names. My first name(Matthew) and middle name(John) are normal enough, and I'm far too attached to my first name in particular. My last name is very rare, but easy to pronounce so people don't have trouble learning it.

I honestly could not think of a replacement name. I feel like I would regret anything I would choose down the line.

I'd go for the perfect John Niceass I mean... Aiden would be pretty cool. Watch_dogs really made me like it. Cool, short, and uncommon enough that not many people will share it.

I like my name just fine, but if I had to change it, I would definitely make my first name Hannibal, after my favorite historical character. Not sure what I'd make my last name. I don't have a middle name right now, and I don't really want one. Maybe I could continue the theme of brilliant generals--Hannibal Subutai Alexander.

I also always thought that Salvador was a pretty cool name.

Hmm I don't know. My first name is nothing special. I can't say I like it but it's short, not so common it causes mix ups but not so uncommon it draws comments, it's not easily turned into an insult (someone did try once but it was the most weak attempt at an insult since "you're such a table") or nickname and people can usually pronounce it so it works. Apparently I look like a Sarah though since that seems to be the name people use when they forget my name (it's not similar to Sarah). My last name is very common but I don't really care. It just means people occasionally ask if I'm related to X.

Yes I'm avoiding saying what my actual name is. I'm paranoid like that.

I wouldn't change my name for all the money in the world. It's unique, it surprises people and embarrasses me. So it keeps life interesting and makes me a tad more memorable than I might otherwise be...

._.

Anyway...

I know this has been something you've been working towards for a while now! :3

I always asumed he uses his hands for that. Or maybe his feet, I've heard some people are into that

OT: Nah I am pleased with my current name, it's not a very exciting name. But at least my last name isn't something like naaktgeboren (naked born) or Poepjes (Little Shits).

And I am really really happy I am not called this

Mike Hunt

Because I already go by Mikey everywhere even though that's actual my middle name, so changing it to my first name just makes sense.

And I'd change my last name to Hunt because... well say it out loud.
Better than Mike Rotch, that's for sure.

I'm happy with my name, grown accustomed to it despite people mangling it or outright remembering it wrong and its really not that hard to remember as its a fairly well used name: Justin. Still I get called "Jason", "Jesse"(SCIENCE *****!), "Jeffrey", "Josh"(wth?), "Chance"(seriously, WTH?), and was known to my best friend in high school's mom as "Heidi" though that was due to cancer treatments muddling her memories. Actually that last one is very affectionate for me cuz she's such a sweet lady and I didn't mind her calling me anything she wanted.
Still its funny how such an easy name seems to get mangled by just about everyone I meet.
I'd go by a pen-name though for writing. But that is as far as I'd go.

I have one of the most banal, common names you can have. And yet I don't really care- it's my friends that tell me that I'm way too weird to have that normal of a name. Frankly I think they're too weird themselves to make that call, but what're you gonna do? As it is they already call me by my username.

Congrats on the name change, I hope it brings you lots of luck.

I'd go for Riley. It's a nice name and it's also gender-neutral. But I don't think it's worth the hassle to change it. My current name isn't bad and I have heard it is a gender-neutral name in America but it isn't here.

I don't think I would change it.

It's not the best name ever but it's mine and I've grown attached to it.

That and people find it difficult to shorten it or turn it into a nickname which is kind of nice. :3
I'd call you Lea, or Lee Lee.
Or Bob.
Bob's an appropriate shortening of your Leanne right?
I think it is.
I like giving people little nicknames, it makes me like them more.

OT: If I could change it without the hassle then I'd change my first name to Julius. It was the name of a good friend of mine that died a while back and I've always liked it.
If I don't change my name to it then I'll definitely name my future first son Julius.

I'm not sure what I'd change my last name to because I can't think of any names that would sound good with Julius.

Congrats on the name change Sky :D
Ignore the naysayers, I think its a good name!
Certainly much better than some of the names I've come across in my life >.>

Nothing wrong with my father's side. But the last names of my mother's family are pretty awesome. To me, anyway. Rykunyk, or Hefford. I actually use them for character names.

I've also almost wanted to change my first name to Drake. Just something about that as a first name is pretty awesome. I'm not a dragon person, but just... Drake is awesome.

I'm fine where I am though. I don't need a name change. My current name actually rolls off the tongue quite nicely. I'm pretty sure my Dad was the bigger deciding factor in my full name, where my middle name comes from my Mom's side, named after her brother.

Thanks Mom. Thanks, Dad... For coming up with InflatableBeerTent! ^.^

Also, OP! Congratulations on the name change!! Skye is a beautiful name. ^.^
