Still vouching for my "Overlord meets Fable" thing, but...
Fallout 3, Bioshock, and Half-Life mixed together, with the Arachnos from City of Villains.
Think about it... The Lone Wanderer would save the Wasteland by fixing the Purifier, but then go down into Rapture, maybe pick up a few plasmids along the way. Then, he/she arrives back on the surface, only to find Arachnos moving in from the Rogue Isles to conquer the Capital Wasteland, and the Enclave funding a secret project (The Black Mesa incident).
Arachnos finds out about the project, and decides to move in. The Enclave retaliate. Then, the portal opens, and the Combine invade.
And then begins the epic struggle between three evils, with the entire Wasteland caught inbetween.

Jedi Knight series gameplay revived and mashed up with a KOTOR-calibre story.
Combining MAG's player count and map size with the art style and gameplay of TF2.
Pretty much TF2 but bigger and badder, that would be halariusly fun.
Oh and add both TF2 and MAGs gametypes.

Visual style and setting of Morrowind with the graphics and combat of Oblivion. Sorry, that was a bit obvious.
