I still want a good MMORPG/FPS, And note the MMO part of that...

So an FPS in a large open ended world with 1000+ players in it (and rpg elements).

Or a "Rouge Like" mixed with a MMO, So much rage would happen in that mix.

Bethesda's interactivity with Bioware's storylines.

That would be my ultimate nerdgasm.
Oh god yes. Seriously, if that happened I would play the game until I went into a coma.

Oblivion and Dragon Age are the pinnacle of the RPG genre. Well, I think so.
Me too. And every time I play one I find myself longing for particular aspects of the other.

Oh, wait, just 14 more days.
This one is feeling expectantly excited about that particular electronic entertainment item.

Agreed.

But just for the sake of contributing... A sandbox game where being an omnicidal maniac comes through the plot, and you also appen to have Magic. Yeah.

Fallout 3's vast free-for-all wasteland with Borderlands Plethora of randomized weapons.

After playing Borderlands, I kept trying to use the scope on every one of my weapons on Fallout 3, only to find out that I was a retard and forgot how the weapons worked.

FFXII gameplay and size, with the storytelling prowess of FFX.
throw in the tactics system of Dragon Age: Origins instead of 12's gambit system, the amount of party members you could use in a fight in Lost Odyssey, and refine 12's fighting a bit and you're sitting on goldmine!

(as long as Vaan isn't in there.... VAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!! *shakes fist angrily at the sky*)

The art style from Final Fantasy or Liniage with the story, characters, & everything else from Western RPGs like Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate, Diablo, & Elder Scrolls. Well, maybe not everything else, all countries are capable of making great game music.

Also, the ability to put Sam & Max in any game of any kind would crank up the entertainment value. MMOs, shooters, RPGs, adventure games, platformers, anything.
