Kerrigan from Starcraft. Oh yeah I'd try to court that crazy Zerg woman. I mean she's incredibly powerful and controls her own alien race. That just makes her all the more hot to me.
And if we're considering Sheik a girl then I'd also try to hook up with her. I imagine she's rather pretty if I could get a good look at her face. And she's REALLY flexible.
Of course I'd have to be careful around all of them or else end up dead. Which just increases their attractiveness in general. Guess I'm a sucker for the dangerous type.

Jaheira from Baldur's Gate would probably be most in keeping with someone I could hold something resembling a romantic relationship with. Garrus from Mass Effect has a personality I would adore in a person that I could hold a relationship with but there's the whole ... being an alien thing.

Uhhh... No one. Video game character tend to get into situations that are not conducive to maintaining a pulse as a normal person. Everyone around them seems to get shot, or eaten.
And anyway I clearly haven't played enough RPGs/Storyline driven single player games because all of the female characters I can think of are shallow, paper thin, and stock characters to the core.
