What game would you forget ever playing, either to play it again and experience everything anew or to forget ever playing it?

Personally I would love to play Oblivion again without knowing everything about it.

Hmmm... I would like to have played Halo 3 without hearing any hype, I think I would have enjoyed it more as I let my expectations get the better of me.

World of Warcraft

Fun while it lasted, but since I don't care anymore, it was a waste of time.

I would love to go back and experience the thrill of figuring out how to down the colossi in Shadow of the Colossus. Or maybe play oblivion again like you said... maybe fallout 3?

This actually touches a nerve with me because i have a major problem. I have a fucking ninja memory. I can watch a movie once, and never forget a single scene. Watch it half a dozen times and i have all the lines memorized. I almost never forget anything about a game. It totally kills all replay value for me. I can't even watch comedies again because i can hear the punch line coming miles ahead of time, after watching it once, two years ago.

Day of the Tentacle. As my first point'n'click game, I had to use a walkthrough for most of the puzzles (so that I could get used to the sort of logic used in other games of the type).

Maybe Fallout 3. That game was an absolute joy to explore, and now I pretty much know all of its secrets, so it would be nice to start it fresh and new.

I would erase my memory of R&C: TOL and also the memory of the ending I spoiled for myself, because I thought I wouldn't be getting the game...

The first time I play anything, I try to do so without any spoilers, or online help, or guides or anything.....

I'd love to play Mass Effect over again, just to re-experience that jaw-drop I had during my final fight....

All the spoilers I read before I actually play a game.

They're so tempting.

Fortunately, if it's something I really want to know the story to, I can resist.

Either Call of Duty: World at War or Super Mario Galaxy. Sure, I was terrible at the former for a long time, but it was the first FPS I'd actually bought and I discovered a brilliant genre. As for SMG, I've finished it, 242 stars, about 6 times now, and playing it without a clue about what happens would be brilliant.

I would erase my memory of everything except the fact that anything can be eaten with a spoon.

Re-live games? Hah, I'd re-live life!

And games.

I forgot GTA: San Andreas. One of the best games I've ever played, plus I discovered many spoilers online when reading walkthroughs (I was terrible).

A concept I've often considered, and it would definitely be Fallout 3. I would love to explore the Wasteland with a clean slate.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

At this point I can probably beat the entire game and get every secret in my sleep, but the first time I played through it, I was hooked for DAYS.

I'd definitely want to re-visit Xenogears anew, with no memory of it. That game was precious. I liked experiencing GTA3 for the first time. Seeing that "brand new" 3D sandbox...priceless. Going through the same feelings I got when I first played Megaman 2 way back in the day would also be the most awesome shit in the world.
