Why diamonds? I would instead fill it with a single blue diamond that fits the exact dimensions of my Olympic-sized pool. That way people can't just up and steal it, and I could auction off bits as I like. Probably use the profits to buy Singapore or maybe a decent flat in London, if I have enough.
