If you could have a Robotic body part what would it be?

If given the choice I would replace quite a lot of my anatomy with robotics:

Left arm (with built in weapons like missiles, machine guns and maybe a blade or power fist), internal organs, right eye, skeleton, left leg and part of my brain (%80 organic %20 mechanical).

I would be unstoppable...I mean that would be pretty cool.

I'd have robotic eyes, the ability to zoom you' see, would be nice to be able to see underwater as well. I'd be able to able to look ahead to see people I dont like and be able to bypass that shit.
