If you had to mind control someone, what would you make them do? There is no time limit on the mind control power so they aren't going to snap out of it halfway through shining your shoes.

Personall I would jedi mind trick my teachers into thinking I already handed in my homework and it was perfect.

Hmm, just doing that is kinda low key, I would have told them to take a a large wooden metre stick each and start wailing on all of the other staff and then start to do it to each other, then I'd give them some gasoline and matches in a matter of minutes, the school would be up in flames.(No I'm not a pyromaniac)
