Either;
Charizard
Blastoise
Larvitar
or Scyther.

Charizard because it can fly, and is a fire-breating dragon.
Blastoise, because it's a giant turtle with fuckin' cannons under it's shell.
Larvitar because Tyranitar's one of my favourites, and because it'd be cool for it to hang around on my shoulder.
And Scyther because I just love Scyther.

All good choices but ask yourself this...

Who would win out of a fight?

Tough one.
Charizard would beat Scyther, and most likely Larvitar, but would get beaten by Blastoise.
However Blastoise would get beaten by Scyther.

Okay then, if EVERYONE could have a pokemon I would choose a dragon type, not sure what one exactly. But if ONLY I had one then it would be pikachu.
