Serious answer: I'm pretty stoked for Duke Nukem and Portal 2. I can wait for any game though. I've got enough games back-logged that I don't need to see a new title for years. Hell, I just started getting into Civ 4, so you can imagine how little I need new games now, illicitly obtained (like my joke above) or not.

OT: S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, but 2011 is wishful thinking with GSC, new engine? 2012 is probably pushing it.

I would choose STALKER 2, but they stated that it wouldn't come out in 2011 already.

Mine would be Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Diablo 3 if it gets a 2011 release date would be a runner up.
