Hm...that's tough. Probably mount the helmet of a Bouncer from Bioshock, if not that, then the head of the medusa you kill in Shadows of Undrentide...blanking on the name currently.

Edit: I forgot what I was going to say for awesome, so i just put mudcrab.
Definitely would mount a bloodsucker from Shadow of Chernobyl.

prolly a hydralisk. the worst part would be finding where to separate the "head" from the rest of it, so you could keep all the pointy bits, but not take up all the spae in the room
