i realise this topic has probably already been done but from a quick search its not recent and tbh i really dont care as im that upset now over this, but if anyones had a similar situation or knows anything about this or what to do please let me know! other than buying a new bloody xbox i really dont know what to do
right, i've had TWO xbox 360's now, the first one was an arcade, as i thought at first that it was cheap and would run just as well, alas i was wrong, after the FIRST year it failed and bearing in mind it was not moved from its location it really irritated me, firstly it would not play certain games unless prompted a few times, then any game at all unless i reset it or reloaded the disc tray at least 2-7 times, THEN it would not even OPEN the disc tray at all when prompted.... i mean seriously? so ok its an arcade and it wont play games after a year due to "disc errors" or even registering discs at all. Even though it plays dvds perfectly and none of my games are scratched at all.... so i figured sod it its obviously a dud xbox and out of warranty so i bought an XBOX ELITE..... i figured the top notch version must be built properly AT LEAST but no.....
for the first year it ran perfectly, just like i'd EXPECT IT TO
but literally withing 2 months of the year warranty wearing out.... it started to have disc reading problems.... and after about a week of this it got worse.. it wouldnt even load games without a fuss, then it started glitching and messing me about. now im not being funny but i have TWO playstation 2s and TWO playstation 1's and a game cube, all of which work PERFECTLY unless a game is damaged which is obviously acceptable.... im really upset about this
does anyone else have similar problems and if so what can we do? i mean terrible worksmanship cant be just scooped aside when your customers pay alot of money for your product can it?
