Maybe $700-$1100, depending how sales go. The old RPGs that have appreciated in value help that number a lot, though.

Well over $5000.
I have a gigantic collection of NES, SNES, and Genesis games (Many of them are very, very rare) that would make tons of money.

Probably between $100-$200. I periodically trade games in, so I don't have a lot to sell back. And a lot of my games I do have are either A) games that I loved, but dropped in price quickly so the trade-in value wouldn't be much (Alan Wake, Batman: Arkham Asylum, NBA 2K games of various years), or B) have been out for a while, so price has dropped due to time (Resident Evil 0, 4, and 5).

My biggest profit from any game would probably come from either Dead Space 2 or Marvel vs Capcom 3.

Well, my Steam account is about $1500 and I have on top of that probably about 300 retail games as well. So a shittonne?

I don't know, used games prices vary pretty widely. But, since I keep all my games in pristine condition, so I'd probably get a pretty decent sum. Plus, I've got a pretty big collection.

There's nothing special in my SNES collection that's worth mentioning.
Apparently I'd get quite a bit for my copies of Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow (about $80 a pop).
Final Fantasy VII also apparently goes for anything from $80 to over $700.
Zelda: OoT can get me from $25 to $200, and Majora's Mask goes from 20 to 125 bucks. Mario Kart 64 goes as high as $80, and Donkey Kong 64 goes up to $100.
I've seen copies of Pokemon: Fire Red going for nearly the price of a brand-new game (about $60).
Super Smash Bros. Mele, and the Limited Edition Zelda collection that ran with Windwaker would apparently both land me about 50 bones each.
And since I picked most of my Xbox/PS2 games out of a bargain bin (I was strapped for cash at the time) there isn't anything really worth mentioning there either.
Add in limited editions of Halo 3 and Halo Reach, and several pre-Platinum Collection/Greatest Hits copies of several 360/PS2 games (I hear some people pay extra for those versions), and I'd say I'd do pretty good.

I have about 40 current generation games and 5 of them are limited editions so assuming I will get approx $5 for each non-limited one and $40 for each limited: in the ball park of about $375?
I didn't use a calculator so my math may be off

I would get a specific amount of money directly equal to the worth of my games.

I would guess about $200?

I own a sealed copy of mother 3, grim fandango, earthbound, and super mario rpg. I would guess those alone are worth a good chunk of change.

Honestly, I'd prefer not to think about it. It makes my brain cry just to think of how much money is sitting in my Steam games library alone.

Well, my TF2 account alone is worth more than $150 for all the hats that I've got on it. But most of my games are actually more like "family"'s games, so I can't sell them. If I did, I could probably get a few hundred, but most of them are old PS1/PS2 games.

Depends on where. If it was on ebay, I might make $1000+ over a 4 year period of selling crap.

If I took them to Gamestop I might get $12. That's a huge maybe.

Not sure. I am somewhat a collector. I have plenty of pretty rare games, many of which are still boxed and many of which are incredibly difficult to find. A few grand.

To friends/the local store/maybe kijiji: About 120 bucks no consoles, 350 with consoles.
To gamestop: 4 dollars and an expired subway gift card.
EBay: Over 9000 dollars.
