Then the world wide manhunt for Wally begins [sub](Waldo if you're wrong)[/sub].

The one who kills him will be granted a single motal wish. (Wish cannot grant any god like/supernatural powers or infinite wishes ect)

and 10 years later the messenger ressurects to hide once more.
Once a person has won once, they cannot win again.(they may join in with the hunt, but lack the physical ability to kill him)

BUT! Anyone who utters my name in vain, shall be stiken down with great vengence and furious anger.

I'd perform a total universe reboot: I'm remaking the earth and everything else from scratch, and also adding in some fantasy races as well as magic to keep things from getting stale...also I'd remove acne as well as all other embarrassing skin conditions and add the ability to let humans grow wings once they reach a certain age instead that they can use to fly.

Apart from that, I'd basically give the races free reign except for two commandments: 1. No wars shall be faught about religious beliefs 2. Respect the beliefs of others and don't seek to change them. For while being a god is fun, i know that dictating every aspect of their lives would just make them dependent on me.

I'd slightly tweak the laws of physics on a random timetable, to really mess with physicists.

And introduce entirely new species in odd places to make evolution theorists cry.

Oh, and make routine appearances to religious groups to give Power Point presentations on why I don't exist.

Hmm, what else... oh, I'd make toast always land butter side down, and then post about it on a forum thread of things you'd do if you were a deity, and see if people could make the logical connections, and giggle as they go into automatic denial.

See, there's the problem. You could start a religion with a god who wants everybody to shed their ignorance, and then people will start worshiping that god. But they won't actually get any smarter, they'll just assume they're right because they worship a god who wants them to be smart. If people actually did what their gods told them to do, the Republican party would want a 99% tax on the rich to build a homeless shelter on every corner.

First off, I'd get rid of people who do detrimental harm to the creativity of the world.. Sarah Palin, people who produce/watch Reality TV, Stephenie Meyer, etc... Then I would give artists, musicians, architects,etc. freedom and power so they don't have to worry about mundane stuff like food and rent, also the ability to build stuff really fast... And then.. I would grant a select few.. The power to be griefers..
