Obviously I'd be the original version of Spider Man and not change into any of the other versions. He had a great thing going for him from day one, the world was his physics toy, so why spoil it with upgrades, know what I mean?
I grew up loving Spider Man, he's always been my favorite super hero. No contest.

This is more of a question of not only powers but of someone that closely resembles you're personality as well

Mine would have to be DEADPOOL If anything the humor he has is great
This. The Cable & Deadpool version of him to be precise. Joe Kelly's 'Pool would have had too many mental problems.
I think the mental problems add a really interesting side to him, especially if you've read the Wade Wilson's War arc.
I was gonna reply about first of all, I haven't gotten that far yet, since I've only read what's in the Deadpool Classic books that have been released so far, and second...
But screw it, I'll just pretend Deadpool's here with me and let him speak for me:
"Look, pal, he wasn't saying he doesn't like the Joe Kelly version of me or thinks it's not a masterpiece all good kids ought to go and buy multiple copies of right now; (oh look ma, I can use semicolons,) he's just saying that being as coconuts as I was back then would be as much fun as watching the Star Wars Holiday Special with all the Bea Arthur parts cut away."

Deadpool. Considering if I had his regeneration I'd probably be exactly the same.

Hmm probably deadpool or Iron Man. Iron Man because I've always had a deep feeling that it could be a possibility one day for humans to have that kind of technology

Deadpool because he's just fucking awesome

I respect that reply so much.

I've always dreamed of the ability to pass through objects, no one could ever lay a punch on you and you could always escape really easily through buildings and into crowds.

Its a shame Shadowcat is so lame, if I had those powers I could do loads. I mean you'd be unstoppable in a fight, no one could lay a blow on you how great would that be. Walk through bank vaults, come out with millions and no one could stop you. The only weakness would be if someone could negate powers or pychic powers, but you could always wear a helmet like Magneto.

I'd have to go with Mr Fantastic. This guy's got a hot wife, he's a genius, and he has a really useful superpower. Why bother getting out of bed to shut the lights when you could just stretch over and shut them right off?

Sure, I'd have to deal with Dr. Doom, but that's all just part of the package.
