If your Marvel and you get the webhead back how do you introduce him?

I'd put him in a Netflix show rather than a movie. We've already had 5 Spiderman movies and we don't need more. I'm full.

In a big fight scene Spidey comes along to help the Avengers, or Guardians, or agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., or whoever. The fight ends, the good guys asks who he is, 'I'm your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider Man!', webswings away. Someone tries to hit him with a tag, he catches it without looking and tosses it with a loud 'Nope!'.

I would like if one of the Avengers showed up to hire him for the Avengers. Or he appears and helps during an action scene at the start of the Avengers movie.
Doubt the Avengers would want him at first. Not even the Justice League wanted him. (Bonus points if you remember THAT comic.)

I could definitely see Spidey joining in with the Avengers. It would make for one hell of a surprise that would excite the entire theater.

Either one of these two-

A cameo in one of the superhero movies, e.g. Steve is reading a Daily Burgle newspaper with Spider-man on the front cover or Spider-Man swing by during Tony and Steve conversation.

Spider-Man become one of the new members of the Avengers.

At this point, based on watching the Agents of Shield show, it seems like there has already been a pretty big number of superpowered weirdos jumping around the world for the last few years. You really don't need to do any origin story (please god, let's not rehash Spidey's origin story again), you just need to have a Spider-man who has been swinging around rescuing people in New York for the past few years get pulled suddenly into the larger-scale stuff against his own will.
Can't ignore the Avengers though. If Spider-man was around before the Chitauri invasion he'd definitely have helped. So he WOULD have to be pretty fresh in the biz to justifiably not be involved with that.

Couldn't he have been elsewhere at the time?

Alternatively, he'd webbed himself stuck to a wall of a nightclub, and keeps saying it was an accident?

Be honest though, how often can you recall Spider-man leaving New York without teaming up with another hero?

You know, that invasion stuff focused mostly on a couple of city blocks. In New York City. I think we could suspend disbelief that maybe Peter could have been anywhere in the rest of the city during that time. In fact, they probably could have done another ten simultaneous movies.

Or maybe have him get his powers right afterward, or even have the abilities too new to him so kept himself out of the fight (nah, that last one is not his style).

So Ironman asks Spidey:"Hey where did you come from?" and Spidey responds "I was here the whole time, didn't you notice me?" And then we get flashbacks of all Avenger scenes and setpieces, and he's awkwardly photoshopped in everywhere, or standing just offscreen, or something.
And they're all like, "oh ok, yeah..."

And then they do the same for deadpool only the scenes don't match at all, like he's in flashbacks or in space and stuff.

I honestly don't know what would work besides an Inhuman origin since pretending he was there all along is going to cause a massive plot hole about him not participating in the NY Chitauri battle along with any other secondary characters like Osbourne. Plus, having in-universe for such a short time somewhat dulls the impact of the Civil War storyline - unless this version is mostly in sync with the one we've come to expect and we can just "go with it," having Spidey make such a huge decision isn't going to add up to much if we don't know enough about him to have said decision inform his character.

He could have gained his powers after the events of the Avengers, but most of his exploits haven't made it out of New York, where they're more legends then anything else. None of the films since Avengers have been set in New York, so it's possible to let him become a hero without getting noticed by the Avengers, who've become worldwide icons.

Thanos will be readying his final attack to defeat the Avengers and many other heroes. Then suddenly he is interrupted by a spindashing blue blur which comes from one side, then the other. The blue ball thing jumps on top of a hill, stands on both his feet and turns around smiling. During this process, he freezes and a name tag overlay appears on the screen which says: "NEWCOMER: SPIDER-MAN". He then proceeds to wave his finger towards Thanos in like a naughty "uh uh uh" fashion.

I really don't want any kind of Deus Ex Spiderman scene where he just suddenly shows up and saves someone's life mid-movie. Introduce him at the beginning of one of the post Age of Ultron movies and have him play a fairly large part (maybe in the Civil War movie).

He just appears... y'know. Everyone knows him so he just jumps in like he's been there the whole time, maybe introducing himself to Thor or someone who might not know him. Old buddies and all that.

Just have it stated that he was always about but took a really badly timed holiday during the first Avengers movie. They could have a flash back scene with Peter sitting at a bar on some tropical island when images from New York are shown on a nearby TV and just have him say "I leave for a week and this happens?" before grabbing his suitcase and heading to the airport. Plus they could use "on vacation" as an in universe joke to mean stuck making movies for Sony :p

Or more sensibly they could subtly hint at his presence in one the TV series. Like having a character saved from a fall by a web that Spiderman had left behind fighting some other thing earlier off screen.

Honestly this would be all he needs, after all at this point we don't really need another movie.

I honestly think Spidey shines on the small screen, so introduce him in an existing show and then spin him off into his own thing.

Spiderman comes out of a dimensional wormhole in the NYC almost around the time Civil War kicks off, causing him to say "Not this shit again" like as if he thinks he traveled back in time or some shit like that...

Then, after he does some shit with Avangers or Inhumans or S.H.I.E.L.D or whatever, he gets sent back to his own dimension with the help of Doctor Strange (The Cumberbatch Supreme) and, for some reason, brings back Venom along the way... or something like that...

Finally, Marvel and Sony have sex on top of piles and piles of money... because why the fuck not...

I think that introducing him in the stingers, say at the end of age of ultron, would be the best way to go.
