It shouldn't be possible to copyright words that are in the Dictionary, which are spelt with normal capitalization.

Sure, if he was to create a trademark:

edgE

and then do a Prince and distribute his Squiggle to all the Newspapers, telling them to use this from now on with his permission when talking about his company. He could legitimately sue infringers.

He shouldn't be able to sue people just using Edge, edge or EDGE. That is silly.

Look, I could copyright and then aggressive sue anyone who used my word: the

He's like Gene Simmons.

They're both people that I would like to see lose most of their money. Maybe they'd gain some perspective.

Karma always comes to those who live a life of an asshat and now it's coming to bite him in the ass.

I say if this works, just to make his life even worse he has to pay back all the money he sued people out of or force him to make a game to get his own money

i do believe you are correct about that. i think how he still keeps the trademark is he asks for such a low amount of money it's easier to pay him off then to actually challenge it in court.

then again it could also be that he tries and the lawyers for whom he tries to sue sends back a letter detailing how if he pursues he will lose the trademark in a court battle, so he withdraws the claim
