That was amazing. It's this perfect storm of absurd humor that takes the route of targeting not one, but two properties that draw public ire and parodies both with uncompromising and relentless efficiency. Of course, I'm reminded that I have to work tonight, at this game's launch. So maybe I have a new thing to put on the intercom... tehehe... Thank you for saving my night.

I haven't been a COD fan since MW2 because that's when I thought the formula was getting stale and a bit too refined to the point where it's barely a game anymore. That said, I found this video obnoxious, especially the attempt to connect the game or liking it to gay porn. If you found it funny, okay, people have differing senses of humor. Other than the ancient evil Rita cameo, I found nothing funny about it and quite a bit stupid.

Part of me has always wondered why gamers seem to have such a hatred for IGN. But I just know if I looked into it for even a nanosecond, I'd find the reason is something stupid.

I'm afraid of being right on that regard, so I'm not even going to look.

That pretty much sums it up (the image, I mean). However, the video is a rather hilarious and pointed satire that uses visuals rather than words to express it's point. Or, in some cases, the juxtaposition between images and words.

I don't care enough to hate IGN or any other review outlet, but I do feel like this video has a wider critical function - it makes fun of ALL corporate video games reviewers. I get my reviews from Yahtzee for a reason - he critiques things without giving them a score. Review scores in video games are entirely broken, and this video does an excellent job of pointing that out.
