The last scene of Gladiator right after the fight always gets me. The music is just so great.

Man, this thread is getting really depressing. Why don't we all cheer up with a nice happy song!

Holy tear balls! That is literally the scene that got me loving Scrubs for the first time. Will never forget that episode ever.
It's like their only serious episode and it comes out of no where, plus cox is the emotional rock that finally cracks.

Best episode for sure.
One of the things I really liked about Scrubs is that they were very good at dotting serious moments in around all the comedy. I often get close to cracking up with this scene:

I have a soft spot for the mentally and physically crippled, that depresses me to no end.

Oh and pets/animals in general.

Last thing that made me cry was the ending of Toy Story 3. First fictional thing to really make me bawl in, well, ever really. About Schmidt managed to loosen a tear, and I nearly bawled the entire time watching Up! if I wasn't watching it with my parents.

But there's no guaranteed thing to make me cry. I rarely do so anyway.

Boom.

For me there are only VERY rare occasions I cry - but this is one of them (at least for sober me). Drunk/tipsy me tends to be a lot more sentimental and so there's a whole bunch of stuff.

Fictional:
Some of the final scenes in Inception, how:
Cobb was completely helpless to convince Mal that their lives weren't mere dreams, and how through dream time their minds are actually hundreds of years old. Later on the same applies for Saito.

The incinerator scene in Toy Story 3.

Nonfictional:
The other day I see two pieces of fresh roadkill almost right beside each other. At least one was a cat. I'm a cat owner.

My mother's growing back pain. She is one of the most active people I know, and it probably hurts her more than the actual pain to have to limit her activity like a senior in assisted living despite being only 60.

That sucks, I was hoping he'd end up being our first immortal.

So many people I've loved have died this year. And yes I am crying right now :/ One of the best of us all.

I really don't cry much besides for personal issues, but I will happily admit that the ending of Infamous 2 had made me cried. After going through two games with the characters, it just feels so final and such a good ending even though what happened happened. Its why I absolutely refuse to get Infamous:Second Son The Milkening

cry? i have never ever cried because of any form of art or fiction. its just hard for me to cry. but somethings have brought a tear to my eyes.

the ending of toy story 3. not the ending ending. the scene in the garbage disposal plant you know which one im talking about.
full metal alchemist. the "rain scene" and the "dog scene" you know both of these too. they were just too sad. i felt like they punched me in the gut.
avatar the last airbender. the episode: tales of ba sing se. in season two. the tale of iroh. we knew iroh from the first season. he was always the wise voice. he was easygoing, funny, skilled and he always knew what he was doing. we learned about lu tang in season two. about his death and how it made iroh to quit the siege of ba sing se. but in this episode we get to know whats underneath his happy exterior and why he loves zuko so much. the last scene especially was heart breaking.)

I usually tear up when someone sacrifices themselves to save a few as they get away. When the music plays and you see one man taking out an enemy one by one until he's finally overcome by them.

Not because it's sad, but because I find it very moving, emotionally: Heroic Age.

I cannot find it on YouTube, the closest one that came up has the incorrect soundtrack. It is a short by Disney.

This, just... this:

It's worse if you know the story behind the song... or happen to be a dog owner/lover.

...If you'll excuse me, I have to go give my dog a hug now.

Whenever I see a parent hug their child I cry. Don't know why, just do. Sometimes it's even full on bawling.

Other than all that, if I think hard enough, these two songs in particular can get me to cry...
...and this song specifically is one the songs I want to be played at my own funeral!
Sorry for what might be considered a necro, but... I love Nujabes, and the moment I found out he'd died was genuinely the only time I'd got emotional about the death of someone who I didn't personally know (he's since been joined by Terry Pratchett).

Pixar movies are good to make me cry. the opening of up when you see carl and elie life, the end of toy story 3, monsters inc when boo come back to her bedroom and that sulivan must go. The latest one is inside out. there's the sacrifice of bing bong, and at some point Joy is looking memories of riley around 2 years old playing with her father.

When I see I've finished my pizza and there is no chance of some more. Also when I realise I should have bought myself a muffin from town.

Also The Walking Dead. You know what I'm talking about.

Also Final Fantasy XIV. I'm not going to post what happened, but for those who have played it, watched every cutscene, and finished A Realm Reborn's story... you also know what I'm talking about.
