Step 1) Find some clothes that are vaguely futuristic or just odd. This can even result from missmatching clothes you currently own.
Step 2) Walk outside your house and run. Keep running until you encounter someone else walking or standing in your path.
Step 3) When you are close enough grab the person by the shoulders and hurriedly shout "Quickly, what's the date today!?!?!" When they respond with the date shout "The Year!!! What Year is it!?!"
Step 4) After they tell you it's 2008 run off shouting "They sent me too far back!!!" or alternately "It's too late! It's all going to happen again!!!"
Step 5) Lather rinse repeat until you are no longer bored.

I hunt down fat nerds and beat the crap out of them. Then I sell their organs for money to enter the Kung-Fu Deathmatch World Championship, where I will be the grand-master of all that is awesome. From my throne I train millions of monstrous monkey-minions to dutifully do the dastardly deeds I divulge to them. Doing deeds like destroying, desecrating, and definitely devastating dweebs, dorks, and dumbasses, wherever they dwell; absolutely awesome, always around to attack angsty asshats, adequately annihilating annoyances.

I try to get away from Monotony. But it finds me! I say, just equip your Level 5 Shotgun, beat a person to death with the stock, and loot some shells from their dead body. Equip yourself with some grenades too, Monotony has an Anti-Tank Rocket and a 6.5mm rifle.
