Eh, I don't mind Justin Bieber. Kinda respect the fact that he's making millions and hasn't reached 20 yet. He's found something that works, and rolls with it. Kind of like the Kardasians or Jersey Shore.

I don't like them though. Frankly, I don't like anyone who makes more money then me by being an idiot (Jersey Shore).

Instead, I've decided to take my rage out on Kidz Pop or whatever the hell it's called. The last thing I need to hear is MY favourite musicians having their songs butchered by auto-tuned teens.

Twilight haters. They are somehow getting worse than the fans. That right there is an accomplishment.
Yeah, I don't like Twilight, but I hate it where everywhere I look I see jokes about how it sucks. WE GET IT, WE REALLY DO.

I generally dislike the musicians of today, just because they get paid VAST amounts of money for producing utter shite.... shite that sells yes but shite nevertheless! :3

I also hate BT broadband for making my life a living hell, when someone else in my house opens up a single webpage, my ingame latency shoots to like 999...... Fuck you BT you suck!

Umm... how about you just don't decide to be a "hater" at all?

There really isn't a point to it. They don't care about you, and chances are your opinion of them will never be known anyway. Also... there are much more productive things to do with your time, such as self-improvement or having fun with friends. :3

But that's just my opinion. Going around looking for things to hate just does not make sense to me.

Huggly friends are better. <3
I agree with this post and your fondness of "hugglys". Hugglys are in fact the best :3.

Yeah, I'm gonna jump on the "I don't hate Bieber" bandwagon... even though I've NEVER hated Bieber. How could I hate someone I've never met, who's songs I've never listened to, who caters to a group of people I don't belong to, which doesn't affect me in the slightest?

Not only that, but I have to give him two gold stars: One for the fact that he's not afraid to make fun of himself (as with the previously mentioned Ozzy Osbourne commercial), and that apparently, he worked his ass of to get where he is, which I respect.

I will not, however, stop hating Jersey Shore. That show is awful, the people are awful, and it gives off the impression that everyone from Jersey is like that. It's an insulting show, not just to people from Jersey, but to anyone who watches it.
I'm gonna have to go ahead and quote this for truth. And while I'm at it, I think I'll take care of another common internet hatred target: Rebecca Black, who I don't hate and have never hated. She's 14. She's not a professional. She wasn't even TRYING to be a professional. Therefore, she every right to be bad at things. BECAUSE SHE'S 14 FUCKING YEARS OLD. Hell, that song is pretty much exactly what you would expect a 14 year old girl to make on her spare time.

I've thought it was stupid to hate on Beiber. He makes bad songs and gets money. I see no problem with him doing whatever the fuck he wants.

I dislike JB in the same way I dislike curry. I ignore both as nether have an effect on me and if someone offers me one, I can simply say no.

However what really bugs me is some of the religious people in my class. Seriously, if your going to take a class on Theology and Religion, yet not even try to see the point of the many lectures we have, why bother taking the class? And then they complain the course is biased when they get bad grades.

I hate people who get worked up about every tiny thing and can't just laugh. There are so many politically correct groups around that ***** about EVERYTHING! It's just rediculous now. There was a report on a light hearted news show tonight about kids shouldn't take packed lunches to school because they could get food poisioning. Seriously, what the hell. I took lunch to school almost every day and never once had food poisioning. It not just groups though it seems like everyone has to be politically correct about something, whether it be about parenting, racism whatever. People can't just sit back and brush things off anymore.

You know this thread gave me some hope that Phlake's thread worked in inspiring others to stop the hate and start the love. Now it's stop hating what everyone hates and have a 'hate niche.' Why don't you instead start a thread of love? Share your love for something :). Don't say 'I hate it when.' Say 'I love it when.' Don't say 'stop doing X.' Say 'start doing X.'

And yes huggly friends are much better.

Yes I know it sounds funny coming from a guy with a depressing album as an avatar.

Hate is a bit of a strong word dontcha think? I admit that I feel a strong distaste for people who play music on the bus, people who smell on the bus and people who are loud (like screaming into a cellphone loud, not conversation loud) on the bus.

.... Though in reterospective it might be true that I hate the bus

That's good, because I find that people who rag on empty pop culture to be just as boorish and obnoxious as the culture itself, for the most part. People like bad stuff. They always will. Get the fuck over it.

As for the lotto ticket people: try being the person behind the counter. Way back in the day, I had one person literally keep winning three dollars on scratch tickets, only to trade it in for a new ticket and win three dollars again. And then when she finally lost, she went and bought two more tickets and the cycle would start again, when all I wanted to do was be left alone.

And the 30 million Super 7 nights? Oh lawd, don't get me started. From four until nine, a line of people constantly buying tickets. What an absolute waste of money.

Er, banning packed lunches has got nothing to do with political correctness, that's something totally seperate.

It's political correctness gone mad gone mad...which is another thing I hate.

But... but...

my only exposure to Justin Bieber is internet hate. Serious, haven't heard a song by him, seen him in the news, anything. I'm told he inhabits a generation within a genre of music that I can't stand anyway, so...

I swear I had a point there when I started.

Anyway, I still hate on useless yuppie bureaucrats who refuse to learn even the basics of anything remotely technical. Does that count?

A love thread might be kinda nice, but someone else needs to make that. I just can't be arsed. XD

Mmm... what album? The Wall? *boggles*

"Really? Everyone, press the red button, see if it works!" is what I am supposed to say here?
