i am done, ive heard alot of the stuff people say about them and simply think well they are a buisness this is how they have made money. I try to log in so i can see what my card has a remander on since ive been sitting on 100 soemthing dolalrs in store credit for i dont know how long and i wanted to see some of the things i could get. now seeing as how its been a while it takes me a few trys to get the passwrd, it gave me three trys. THEN WHAT DOES IT FUCKING DO, IT SENT ME MY FUCKING SECURITY QUESTION AFTER ANSWEREING IT I GET AN EMAIL SAYING IT WILL TAKE THEM 48 HOURS TO ULOCK MY ACCOUNT WHAT IS THE FUCKING SECURITY QUESTION THERE FOR. IF I GET THE QUESTION RIGHT BOOM IT PROOVES IT IS ME LET ME RE SET MY PASSWORD AND LETS MOVE ON
damn that is just fucking stupid and i dont think iv ever been this frustrated

This is a rather petty reason for saying you hate Gamestop. I'm pretty sure a lot of sites would lock you out after you keep messing up the password. It's absolutely your fault for not writing it down. My mom doesn't know her email password, my dad never writes anything down and probably forgot his bank password at one point, and my brother is lazy so he makes all of his passwords the same. He forgets any of them that are different and never writes them down when they are. I'm amazed Gamestop of all places has such a security measure in place.
