I'm getting a 20 dollar PSN card...

Hey fellow escapists, this is one of my first topics, so sorry if I do anything wrong.

Anyway, I'm getting a 20 dollar PSN card this saturday, and I'm not sure about how I should spend it. I've been thinking about either waiting for the Silent Hill HD collection and buying SH2 or maybe getting Mass Effect 2, now that the third one's out it could be fun. I've never used a PSN card before and they are kinda hard to come by where I live.

So fellow escapees... What do you recommend?

I'm hearing Journey is pretty darn awesome. It wasn't one of your suggestions, but all my friends LOVE that game and I plan on getting it as soon as I can get my hands on a PSN 20 card (they only had 50's at the store

Mass Effect 2 is, in my humble opinion, an epic game so it'd definitely be worth your time to check that one out. (isn't it more expensive than 20 bucks, though? I'm not sure...) I spent over 40 hours on that game on my first playthrough so it'd definitely be worth your money I personally think it's one of the best games I ever played.

If you've never played the original, I'd suggest checking out the Jak & Daxter collection. Epic platforming and epic action adventure. Plus: Three whole games to enjoy. Though again, I'm pretty sure that one's more expensive than 20 bucks.

Mass Effect 2 was on sale for 20, so that's why I mentioned it. I thought about Journey too, though. Seems interesting enough. I've already played all of the Jak & Daxters on ps2, and it's more than 20 :/

I wouldn't buy Journey if having money is a rare occurrence to you. I don't know if you're young and you got an allowance or saved up, that's just the vibe I'm getting here. Journey is pretty short and the replay value is medium. I'd get the Resident Evil 4 HD game, I think it's either 19.99 or 14.99. Either way I loved that game, and while it's not as scary as Silent Hill, it really feels similar.
