Hello, everyone. I was wondering if there was some kind of logical explanation to a problem I'm having with my Internet, because if there is one, I haven't thought of it.

So, let's get down to elaboration:

My internet works pretty fine, except for the times when there's a big group of people visiting and they're all on their computers. Then sometimes the Internet runs slower, it doesn't work for people, etc. BUT, that is logically fixed by unplugging my modem and replugging it back in after 30 seconds, a direction every single troubleshooter and Xbox Live help desk states is a reasonable countermeasure.

The main problem I'm having, and the reason I'm posting this, is because every time I wish to access Netflix, either on my computer, game console, or otherwise, my internet suddenly seems to say "NO! I'M NOT FEELING LIKE GIVING YOU ACCESS TO THIS SITE! MUST PROHIBIT TOTAL ACCESS TO THE INTERNET UNTIL YOU UNPLUG ME A FEW HUNDRED TIMES!"

So, if TL;DR, everytime I go to www.netflix.com on my connection, my Internet suddenly fails on me and it's a ***** to get back up and running properly.

Does anyone have any possible explanation and/or solution to provide?

Oh, and my ISP is broadband. I don't know if that was important, but I thought that needed clarification.
