Most definitely good sir. I find them quite delectable.ProfessorLayton said:Um... hello.
I don't really know what I can say. So do you (or anyone reading this for that matter) like saltine crackers?
Add Blade Runner, 28 Days Later, Alien Saga (notsomuch the fourth, but I love the odd line that just seems so Joss Whedony), Firefly, Serenity, Dollhouse (only seen one season though), Angel, Buffy (though Buffy begins to grate a little now that I've seen Joss' better stuff.) Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-Long-Blog. (Bit of a Whedon fangirl?) and also some horror, The Ring, The Grudge (Japanese versions) and Saw to my films. The Man With the Soap said:Well, for films we have: Fight Club (of course), Full Metal Jacket, A Clockwork Orange, 2001: A Space Oddysey, Blade Runner, 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, Zombieland, Fido, Forrest Gump, Lord of the Rings trilogy, both Star Wars trilogies, The Warriors, Mad Max trilogy, Alien saga, Predator series, Black Hawk Down, Inglorious Basterds, Band of Brothers, Firefly (I know it's a television show), Serenity, Saving Private Ryan, Terminator series, Gran Torino, Scott Pilgrim Versus the World, and anything from Pixar.Dragoniferous said:Films: Donnie Darko, Disney Classics, Pixar movies, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, LotR, Studio Ghibli stuff... 2. Do NOT talk about Fight Club
3. If someone says stop, taps out or goes limp, the fight is over.
4. Only two guys to a fight
5. One fight at a time
6. No shirts, no shoes.
7. Fights go on as long as they have to
8. If this is your first night at Fight Club... You have to fight.
And, uh... Bertha. Because I loathe the name Bertha.Twice.
I was just thinking my own personal tumour, if I were to have one.
Question time for you, which did you prefer out of book and movie? And which did you see/read first?
Literature: His Dark Materials trilogy, Fight Club, Robin Hobb Farseer trilogy, Anne McCaffrey stuff, Catcher in the Rye, Flow my Tears the Policeman Said, 1984, Brave New World, more that I can't remember.
Games: Half-Life and episodes, Portal, Bioshock (though I'm still playing, haven't finished), Halo/Halo 2, Minecraft, Pokémon, Zelda OoT, MM, TP, WW, And again, more.
Yourself?
For literature we have: Fight Club (again), A Clockwork Orange, John Dies at the End, World War Z, The Zombie Survival Guide, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, 1984, Animal Farm, Brave New World, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Full Metal Jacket, 2001: A Space Oddysey, Band of Brothers, Fallen Angels, and anything by H.P. Lovecraft.
For games I enjoy: the Fallout series, the Left 4 Dead series, The Elder Scrolls series, the Gears of War series, the Halo series, Silent Hill 2, the Battlefront series, the Dawn of War series, Medievil II: Total War, Mario, and an NCAA Football game every now and again.
No problem at all. I completely agree with you about the fourth instalment in the Alien saga. That one left a lot to be desired.Dragoniferous said:Add Blade Runner, 28 Days Later, Alien Saga (notsomuch the fourth, but I love the odd line that just seems so Joss Whedony), Firefly, Serenity, Dollhouse (only seen one season though), Angel, Buffy (though Buffy begins to grate a little now that I've seen Joss' better stuff.) And Animal Farm and Lord of the Rings to my books. This section is is frustrating me because I'm an avid reader, over three-four books a week depending on how obsessed with a series I am at the time and how much homework I have, yet I can't seem to remember anything.
I have no idea if this post makes any sense because I'm running a high grade fever. I apologise if it reads... interestingly.
