So I never got to play it when it came out for PC since only my friend had it and he moded to the point where it was not fun at all... I picked it up before Skyrim comes out to get the feel and I like the game alot... Slow at first, but making a Necro/ warrior class is awesome, and quest get alotttt better. Anyway..so I got infected by vampirism and there IS NO WAY to cure it in PS3 version. There is an ingrediants glitch whenre the witch wont accept it. I dont mind being a vamp.. the stats kick ass, plus new spells but I mean the day light thing sucks ass because try selling loot when you have 10 minutes before stores all close! Its frustrating have to wait in caves and feed everday in diffrent guilds for easy neck bites.. please dont make this mistake skyrim! I wonder if i can be a werewolf? that be cooler

I don't know about the PS3 version, but last time I played it, on the 360 (I also have it on PC, but haven't played in a while) vampirism wasn't that bad, I mean, yeah, it kinda sucks to be feeding all the time to walk in plain sun and added certain layer of challenge and difficulty, I actually liked it, but it wasn't my first time playing the game either.
Just try to move from city to city, or between near locations if you want to travel from side to side of the map, also, bear in mind that, aside the Imperial City, both Skingrad and Bravil are great resources to feast upon helpless bums at night (even sometimes at day).

I looked it up, its a ps3 glitch thats unfixable in the GAME OF THE YEAR edition. Once your full blown vampire, to the point where praying doesnt cure it at a gods temple, your stuck with it.

You know what? Considering how easy it is to bring up virtual keyboards on the PS3/360 I don't know why you couldn't choose to impliment them. May require more work on their part, but I can't imagine why it's not doable.EHKOS said:

I've had the exact same problem and tried to warn people away from it whenever I seem someone going to purchase it in a store. It's not the be all and end all of glitches but it is rather annoying.

...que the worlds smallest string section, this is why you have more than 1 save in oblivion guys, The next time I hear a nit wit who has wandered into a cave and found out'Oh shit, I am a vampire' is going to have themselves killed, At least you don't sparkle in the sunlight or become irresistible to the canine creatures inhabiting the world.
I have an old GotY edition for ps3, I can cure vampirism, so I guess QQ more? besides, it's your own fault for not curing it before it turned into vampirism, potion of cure disease is easy to acquire in 3 days.
