I don't know for what platform it is. It's kind of old, would be for either the PS2/xbox/GC/PC. Somehwere back in 2003/4, i think.

I don't remember the name, but i've seen its gameplay.
i think it's some sort of horror surviver Hack-n-slash with co-op. One of the characters use a cross. There was a giant teddy-bear for a boss...

If anyone knows any game like that, could you kindly tell me?

How very specific. Have you tried Googling this? As in "Survival Horror PS2"? I'm sure someone here will be able to help you, though...

Hunter the Reckoning?

Damn it! Ninja'd

Anyway, that's the only thing I can think of with a Teddy Bear boss.

Not a bad game actually. (At least, I got some enjoyment out of it.)

2003 is old now? Wow, then I'm ancient, I remember playing Sonic 2 when it first came out back in '92.

Ahh, yes, White Wolf's Classic Pen and Paper RPG known as Hunter: The Reckoning. It was made for the Xbox and GC, but then Hunter: Wayward came out for PS2, then the sequel to Hunter: The Reckoning (Hunter: The Reckoning: Redeemer) came out on all 3 Xbox/PS2/GC.

The character with the cross you speak of is (my personal favorite) The Judge. the cross was a sword and he had an awesome cone spell that knocked down any enemy in range. As for the teddy bear, I can't remember the exact reason, but I think it was a manifestation of a young girl's guardian or something like that.
