Just wondering but what was the greatest thing you have ever found out of sheer pot luck it can be anything at all.

I once found a twenty pound note. I went into buy a game at my local Game store and saw bioshock for ten pounds. So I went up to the counter to pay for it, only to be told that one of the workers messed up and put the price tag on the wrong game. It was actually thirty pounds. So I decided I would just leave it and I leave the store. I walk up to the crossing and go to press the button to make it safe to walk and as I do I spot a twenty pound note just lying behind the pole. Needless to say I picked it up, dashed back into the shop and bought the game.

So share with us your luckest moment or an item that you found out of sheer pot luck.

I got a full ride to my college on an academic scholarship, when, I didn't find myself trying hard enough during High School to get one. Fortunately, my middle class family doesn't have to receive a gigantic bill for college.

Maybe he was a salesman. a really fucking desperate one. Not to mention stupid as well as he didn't take anything to pay for the lava lamp.

My mate buying me Batman:AA for £40.
For no apparent reason but he has "over £400" in his account.

Same here, but I've also won beta codes, found random money lying around, defied death a few hundred times.....
My luck is bound to run out soon.

Not with a shotgun! Guns can solve almost every problem. And problems you can't solve with guns, you can't solve at all.

Lost my passport on a train the day before leaving to the states without realising.
Wake up the next day from a phone call from a guy in sheffield who runs the lost property at sheffield train yard telling me he has it (how it ended up there i have no idea).

Not enough time to drive there and back and catch my flight. Luckily my neighbours were currently picking up their son from sheffield university and are driving back as i call them. They swing via the station pick it up get back with about 20 minutes to spare before i have to leave for my flight.

The way i look at it is i was unlucky to lose it, so i was lucky to get it back.
