Relax. It's more nerve racking if you stress about it.

Stay calm, don't speed (You'd be surprised how many people do), and try to be friendly with your inspector. Most of the stuff should be pretty obvious, people just get really stressed about it.

So long as you keep a level head, you should be fine.

No, it's not. It's harder than normal parking, but quite manageable.

just keep to all laws and make sure you don't hit anything. It is not as hard of a test as some make it out to be.
