I mean, I've know forever that if a lady takes on her husband's surname, then their family name ends with her.
However, there's still hope.
You can have your name hyphened with your significant other's (i.e. Sarah Myers-Johnson). I've also seen kids take their mothers surname or full hyphened name as well. There's also the off chance that your significant other will take on your surname (i.e. Gendo Ikari fomr NGE).
