So I have been thinking about a game that's similar to evil genius
it would be a zombie apocalypse game where you run a fallout shelter where the last bastion of government holds out against the ravenous dead while trying to find a way to end the crisis.
The main game play would be to construct an underground base and maintain supplies while trying to recruit survivors
The base would be under constant threat from both the zombies and bandits as well as infected survivors that you may end up bringing inside the base
since you would not be able to see any area without active personnel or security cameras it would be very easy for mass breakouts to occur within the walls of your base so you would need to build internal security measures such as quarantine shutters which would cut off sections of the base as well as anyone still trapped inside.
another game play element would include having away missions to recruit specialists and maintain the last remaining holdouts of a global network, maybe a multiplayer extra where you can send strike teams to help out someones base thats in trouble
