have you ever had an expierience where you just woke up but really early look at a clock then you close your eyes to sleep but then immediatley open them look at a clock and it's 3 hours later. This has been happening to me lately and it's freaking me out.

Who else has had this happen?

It's nothing to be worried about, its probably stress (or the need to pee) waking you up and interrupting your dreaming process.

It means that you're tired, don't freak out, just try to get more sleep. Many folk think that eight hours is enough, but I submit that different peoples bodies have different circadian rythyms and differing activity rates have differing recovery times.
And I can attest to that being very true. Eight hours just does not cut for me anymore I've gotta get close to 12 in order to function properly.

I've noticed a pattern. Due to my ADHD I have medicine to keep me focused I know I should get over it on my own but it's school I'm in and I can't risk not paying attention but I don't get as much sleep when I have my medicine as in I don't get tired or fatigued. I wonder if this is affecting my internal clock....

That happens all the time to me at school and in the mornings that precede school.
It's nothing to worry about; your mind is merely taking a rest.

You are doing what's called SLEEPING. I know, weird right? It happens to all of us, especially when we need to cram for finals or have sex with our loved ones. The more important it is that you get something done, the more likely it is that you will need to sleep at some point. Do not worry, there is a GREAT new drug to treat this condition. It is called LSD.

Enough Sarcasm, or should I add some more?
hmm. I don't know maybe a bit more but more of the funny sarcasm and maybe a small mean sarcasm. And how about some sauce with that to

Disclaimer: Blacking out IS something to worry about. If you lose time where you thought you SHOULD have been awake or if you lose long periods of time at any frequency see a doctor.
Well, I know blacking out is a problem that needs to be checked out, I'm just saying that it's something to be expected when you're sleeping or napping.
