Important things with Demetri Martin

Anybody watch this show on Comedy Central? What's your opinion of it?

I like it a lot, I think Demetri Martin is so funny.

I like the show. Its a tiny bit dull at times.

I really liked the acting skit on the first episode where he couldnt get angry lol!

It's much better than I thought it would be. I didn't know if he could do a regular show, but it's way funnier than what Comedy Central normally airs.

He is. I still haven't caught the actual show yet because I keep forgetting, but I've seen him doing standup and on the Daily Show, and he was my favorite comedian for a while.

I actually really liked it. Not the best piece of comedy ever, but high quality nonetheless.

I saw one episode and hated it. He's pretty funny, I guess, the drawing stuff is pretty good and unique. But the skits are stupid, trying way too hard to be like Chappele's Show or something. He just does not need his own show.

I don't know. I liked his standup, but the fact it is a full blown show... it seems boring.

Agreed... but since it's a show and I have an opportunity to see if every day, it BECOMES the norm.

It's like a Kit-Kat to me. I love Kit-Kat bars, but only because of how infrequently I eat them. If I ate them every day, I would grow tired of them.

His material is very good, but I wonder how long he'll be able to keep it up.

I watched it a couple of times. It seems to jump around a bit. It will be really funny, then it gets really boring, then it goes back to being funny. But its still pretty great, better than most of the crap comedy centrals been pushing out.

I liked Dimtri Martin before it was cool... And yes, he is still very fucking cool. But his show is just top notch, it is random humor done right *cough*FAMILYGUY*cough* and I hope it prospers.

One complaint I have about the show is that some of it doesn't seem very Demetri-ish. You know?

The show is pretty new though, I'm sure it will get better.
